Plum Cake.

Ingredients

You need.

  • 400 gram 1¾ Cup plums.
  • 3 egg.
  • 250 gram 1 Cup sugar.
  • 75 gram ⅓ Cup butter.
  • 2 dl 1 Cup yogurt.
  • 250 gram 1 Cup flour.
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 2 teaspoon sugar.
  • 2 teaspoon bake powder.

Topping:

You need.

  • 100 gram ½ Cup flour.
  • 100 gram ½ Cup sugar.
  • 100 gram ½ Cup butter.
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Recipe.

  • Clean and halve the plums and remove the stones.
  • Whip egg and sugar foamed.
  • Melt the butter and pour the yogurt in, let it cool off.
  • Mix flour and baking soda in yogurt and butter
  • Pour the dough into a greased form, put the plums over and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Topping.

  • Mix and knead well flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon together and crumbles the dough over the plums.
  • Bake the cake at 200°C / 392°F for approx. 45 minutes.
  • Served with whipped cream or sour cream.
