Blueberry muffins.
The recipe is for about 16 delicious muffins with blueberries and light chocolate.
You can also use white chocolate instead of light chocolate.
Ingredients
- 100 grams of soft butter.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 75 grams of brown sugar.
- 3 eggs.
- 225 grams of wheat flour.
- 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 225 grams of fresh blueberries.
- 100 grams of light chocolate.
Recipe.
- Use an electric whisk to mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Then whisk the eggs one by one.
- Then mix in baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and flour and mix well.
- Finally, mix blueberry and light chocolate into the mixture and then gently stir the mixture together.
- Divide the dough into about 16 muffin molds and bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees warm air for 20-25 minutes.
