Plum Cake.
Ingredients
You need.
- 400 gram 1¾ Cup plums.
- 3 egg.
- 250 gram 1 Cup sugar.
- 75 gram ⅓ Cup butter.
- 2 dl 1 Cup yogurt.
- 250 gram 1 Cup flour.
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 2 teaspoon sugar.
- 2 teaspoon bake powder.
Topping:
You need.
- 100 gram ½ Cup flour.
- 100 gram ½ Cup sugar.
- 100 gram ½ Cup butter.
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Recipe.
- Clean and halve the plums and remove the stones.
- Whip egg and sugar foamed.
- Melt the butter and pour the yogurt in, let it cool off.
- Mix flour and baking soda in yogurt and butter
- Pour the dough into a greased form, put the plums over and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Topping.
- Mix and knead well flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon together and crumbles the dough over the plums.
- Bake the cake at 200°C / 392°F for approx. 45 minutes.
- Served with whipped cream or sour cream.
