Ingredients

You need.

  • 600 gram 2½ Cup wheat flour.
  • dl 1 Cup milk.
  • 100 gram ½ Cup sugar.
  • 75 gram ⅓ Cup butter.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 25 gram ⅒ Cup Cake yeast fresh yeast.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
  • 2 egg.
  • 2 liter rasp or grape seed oil..

Fill.

  • Jams or something else after imagination and desire.

Recipe.

  • Heat the milk a little, and stir the yeast out.
  • Add butter, sugar and egg and stir it together.
  • Milk and vanilla sugar are sifted in the dough and everything is kneaded.
  • Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes.
  • The dough is shaped into buns of 55 grams per piece.
  • The rasp or grape seed oil is heated to approx 180°C / 356°F.

Take care, it’s very hot.

  • Carefully put the balls in the hot oil 2 at a time.
  • Boil them until they are light brown – 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • The bowls are laid on greasy paper and rolled in sugar.
  • Finally fill the balls with an appropriate amount of jam or something else by the help of a Donut Filler.
