Jam Filled Donuts.
Ingredients
You need.
- 600 gram 2½ Cup wheat flour.
- 2½ dl 1 Cup milk.
- 100 gram ½ Cup sugar.
- 75 gram ⅓ Cup butter.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 25 gram ⅒ Cup Cake yeast fresh yeast.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
- 2 egg.
- 2 liter rasp or grape seed oil..
Fill.
- Jams or something else after imagination and desire.
Recipe.
- Heat the milk a little, and stir the yeast out.
- Add butter, sugar and egg and stir it together.
- Milk and vanilla sugar are sifted in the dough and everything is kneaded.
- Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes.
- The dough is shaped into buns of 55 grams per piece.
- The rasp or grape seed oil is heated to approx 180°C / 356°F.
Take care, it’s very hot.
- Carefully put the balls in the hot oil 2 at a time.
- Boil them until they are light brown – 2-3 minutes on each side.
- The bowls are laid on greasy paper and rolled in sugar.
- Finally fill the balls with an appropriate amount of jam or something else by the help of a Donut Filler.
