Ingredients
Recipe for 2 rods Danish kringle.
For the dough you will need.
- 400 gram 3 ⅒ Cup wheat flour.
- 200 gram ⅘ Cup butter.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- 60 gram ¼ Cup Cake yeast.
- ½ dl cream.
To fill you need.
- 100 gram ½ Cup butter.
- 100 gram ½ Cup powdered sugar.
- Grated orange peel from an orange.
- 60 gram ¼ Cup marzipan.
- 100 gram ½ Cup raisins.
For decoration you need.
- Eggs sugar and sliced almonds.
Recipe.
- The butter is melted, eggs and sugar are whipped in, when it is a little hot the yeast is mixed in.
- Mix the cream in the mass, while mixing the flour in a bit at a time.
