Cinnamon cake.
Ingredients
You need.
- 400 gram 1¾ Cup of flour.
- 400 gram 1¾ Cup of sugar.
- 125 gram ½ Cup of melted margarine.
- 4 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 5 dl 2 Cup buttermilk.
- 5 teaspoon cinnamon.
Frosting.
- 50 gram ¼ Cup of melted margarine.
- 250 gram 1¼ Cup of powdered sugar.
- 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
- 1 tablespoon cocoa.
- 4 tablespoons cold coffee ½ dl, ¼ Cup.

Recipe.
- Lightly melted margarine and sugar stir well, buttermilk is stirred in.
- Flour, baking soda and cinnamon are mixed in.
- Poured into greased form approx size 25 x 35 cm.
- Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe Frosting.
- Mix in a pan, heat stirring until it is melted, pour on the cake when it is cold.
