Ingredients

Recipe for 24 pieces.

You need.

  • 150 gram ¾ Cup flour.
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 rod of vanilla.
  • 125 gram ½ Cup butter.
  • 125 gram ½ Cup dark chocolate.
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gram ½ Cup Brown sugar.
  • 75 gram ⅓ Cup sugar.

Recipe.

  • Melt the butter.
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces while the butter melts.
  • Let the butter stand and cool a little.
  • Whip eggs, sugar and brown sugar together.
  • Then mix flour, baking powder, salt, barley from vanilla rod together with egg mixture in a bowl.
  • Then mix the butter in and stir well and finally mix the chocolate in.
  • Take 2 baking sheets with baking paper and then add 12 x 1 tablespoon with top on each plate.
  • Let there be plenty of space between each tablespoon of cake.
  • Bake the cakes at 180°C / 356°F for 10-12 minutes.

When they come out, they must cool off before they get crisp.
