In reply to Al. Hi Al! I actually havent made these in a mini tin myself so I can't say for sure. Is it possible they were overbaked? They should only take 8mins or so in a mini tin.

Hi! This might have been one of the best things I’ve ever made.I made these two days in a row (one batch in a regular muffin tin and the other in a mini muffin tin for a party). The regular cups worked perfectly and came out in tact however, for the mini ones the hard outer rim kept breaking from the soft middle part and I was only left with 9 buy the end of it. Do you have any suggestions on how to prevent the top form breaking off the bottom?

In reply to Mia Cruz. Hi Mia! Yes, that should work fine. You'll need to reduce the baking time though, maybe check them at 7-8 minutes instead.

hi!! these look really great and delicious! i would like to make the mini version of this, should I just half the recipe and bake the cookie cups in a mini cupcake pan instead?
