Has become a family tradition! We have this cake decorated with mini marshmallows and mini chocolate figures. It is easy to make and it is enjoyed by young and old.

Note- I initially had a &hard time locating the right cocoa- the local super Walmart carried it!

We double the Bailey’s to 2/3 cup. We use whole fat organic Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and since we double the Bailey’s we cut the yogurt to 2/3 cup. The house smells heavenly and it tastes as amazing as it smells.

Hi Kay! They will be fine on the counter or fridge for 2-3 days but after that they will start to dry out. I would recommend freezing if you have the space. Double wrap each in plastic wrap and/or store in something airtight. They will last for at least 3 months that way. Bring to room temp and then dust with the sugar. Don’t do the sugar dusting before freezing as the sugar will all just melt. You can always re-dust though 🙂
