It has a neat artistic affect with the leaves and the non-roundy shape!

Fondant can easily be made with marshmellows, powdered sugar, a little water, and vanilla. This video explains the process very well and the fondant tastes much better than Wilton’s.

It’s ok for some things, but doesn’t taste very good. I bought Satin Ice fondant at Scoop n’ Save in Langley, but I *think* you may also be able to buy it at the Gourmet Warehouse on Hastings. I’m sure there are other places that sell it, but those are the ones I know of. Hope that helps 🙂
